1. PhD from the Department of EEE, BUET, Dhaka, Bangladesh (carried out research work for 18 months at City University of London, UK and National University of Singapore (NUS) under Erasmus Mundus Mobility Scholarship). 2. MSc from the Department of EEE, BUET, Dhaka, Bangladesh. 3. BSc in Telecommunication from the Department of EEE, KUET, Khulna, Bangladesh.

Experience


Retired from Bangladesh Army on 11 June 2017 after completion of the age limit. Served in Bangladesh Army as commissioned officer for about 30 years with professional competency. Joined Bangladesh Military Academy as cadet in January 1986 and commissioned in the Corps of Signals in December 1987. Served in different appointments at home and abroad. Worked as staff officer with the responsibility of coordinating different command echelons. Commanded a Communication Battalion in Bangladesh and a peace keeping contingent in Ivory Coast. Served as instructor in Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) for more than 14 years. Served as Associate Professor at American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) for about 4 months before joining Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) on April 22018.
