Centre for Modern Languages (CML)

Introduction:

Centre for Modern Languages (CML) of BUP is one of the prominent language learning centre in the country. It was established in 2011. The main aim of the CML is to promote and provide facilities for the study of modern languages. CML runs the following programmes:

a.       A third language course for undergraduate students of BUP.

b.       Evening certificate courses (open to all)

Courses Run by CML:

This centre offers Arabic, Burmese, Chinese, English (Pronunciation & Art of Speaking), French, German, Japanese, Russian and Turkish language courses.

Faculty Members:

Courses are conducted by a group of esteemed and qualified faculty members. There are sixteen (16) trained and dedicated adjunct faculties who are affiliated with the Modern Language Institute, Dhaka University, Confucius Institute, Al-Asr-Institute and Alliance Francaise de Dhaka.
