The Vice Chancellor (VC) of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) Major General Md Mahbub-ul Alam, ndc, afwc, psc, MPhil, PhD made a courtesy call on with the Hon’ble President and Chancellor of the University Mr. Md. Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban on 21 July 2022. During the meeting, the BUP VC informed the President about the overall activities of the university, including ongoing academic and infrastructural development. Referring to the global lethal diseases, Hon’ble president said that the Covid-19 pandemic is now making people think of a new way about their life and living. In this kind of environment, he urged BUP authority to attain the capacity of using new technologies and methods to continue education curriculum unhindered and uninterrupted. In the era of globalization, the President put emphasis on enhancing research activities by formulating contemporary academic curriculum conducive for the development of the country.
