Dhaka, 5 August 2019: The final match and prize giving ceremony of Inter Department Football tournament of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) held on 5 August 2019 at BUP Playground. BUP Physical Education Centre organized the tournament. The tournament kicked off on 14 July 2019. The Department of Economics & the Department of Business Administration in Accounting and Information Systems of BUP faced each other in the final and the Department of Economics bagged the championship trophy while the Department of Business Administration in Accounting and Information Systems achieved runners-up trophy in the competition. BUP VC Major General Md Emdad-Ul-Bari, ndc, psc, te distributed prizes among the winners as the Chief Guest. Among others, BUP Registrar, Dean of Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, High Officials, Teachers and Students were also present at the prize giving ceremony.
