Biography

Azmaine Faeique is a dedicated teaching professional at the Department of Public Administration, Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), where he has been serving since 2021. He is an alumnus of the same department, having earned his Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration in 2019 and subsequently completing his Master of Social Science (MSS) in 2020. In recognition of his outstanding academic performance, he was awarded the prestigious Chancellor’s Gold Medal for MSS in Public Administration.His academic and research pursuits are rooted in the fields of political economy, civil service training, e-governance, administrative culture, migration policies, comparative public administration, organizational behavior, and leadership. With a commitment to advancing scholarship and fostering critical inquiry, he continues to contribute to both teaching and research in the discipline of Public Administration.Guided by a passion for academic excellence and public sector innovation, he aspires to produce impactful research that bridges theory with practice and contributes meaningfully to the field of governance and policy studies.
