Md. Towhid Al Rafi is an educator and researcher in Public Administration, currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). His academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to education, research, leadership, and continuous learning.Mr. Rafi completed both his bachelor’s with 1st class 1st (2024) and master’s with 1stclass 1st (2025) degrees in Public Administration from Bangladesh University of Professionals. His academic journey has been recognized through multiple Dean’s Appreciation Letters, reflecting his dedication to academic achievement and active engagement in university life.Before joining BUP as a faculty member, Rafi gained teaching experience at Udvash Academic, where he developed his passion for teaching and student engagement. His teaching philosophy emphasizes creating an interactive learning environment where students can connect theoretical concepts with practical examples and contemporary issues in public administration and society.Alongside teaching, he has developed a strong interest in research and quantitative analysis. His areas of interest include public administration, governance, e-governance, public-sector management, administrative reform, and contemporary issues in Bangladesh. He is proficient in IBM SPSS for advanced data analysis and has developed skills in Data Science and Machine Learning using R. He also possesses strong technical skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, which support his academic, teaching, and research activities.As an educator and emerging researcher, his goal is to engage and inspire students, contribute to meaningful research, and create a positive impact through education, knowledge, and continuous professional development.
