NRB Bank PLC Holds Campus Recruitment Exam at BUP

for Trainee Officer (IT & Digital Banking)

NRB Bank PLC organized a campus recruitment examination for the position of Trainee Officer (IT & Digital Banking) at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) on 17 May 2026.

The written examination was conducted at the BUP campus with the active participation and supervision of officials from the university’s Counselling & Placement Centre (CPC) and faculty representatives. Senior officials from NRB Bank PLC also attended the recruitment process to oversee the examination activities and interact with the candidates.

Representing the bank during the recruitment program were two Senior Managers from the IT Division, three Senior Managers from the Human Resources Division. The officials jointly supervised the examination proceedings alongside BUP authorities to ensure a smooth, transparent, and well-organized recruitment process.

The recruitment initiative aimed to identify talented and skilled graduates with strong technological and digital banking capabilities to support the bank’s ongoing digital transformation and innovation-driven banking services.

A large number of aspiring candidates from the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) participated in the examination, reflecting strong enthusiasm among young graduates for careers in the banking technology and digital financial services sector.

Officials from both CPC, BUP and NRB Bank PLC expressed satisfaction over the successful arrangement of the examination and emphasized the importance of industry-academia collaboration in creating employment opportunities for young professionals in Bangladesh’s evolving banking and technology landscape.
