Recently, higher education in Bangladesh has experienced a phenomenal growth to a great extent but the quality of education and research yet to match the expectation level. Therefore, the Govt is committed to change the landscape of higher education through enhancement of quality of higher education and research in the country. To maintain and offer the quality of education, Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is working in many universities. Since the inception of the (IQAC) in BUP, different quality assurance activities, quality teaching, training programmes, workshops, seminars and conferences have been arranged that encourage the enhancement of quality teaching, learning for faculty and students. It also covers pedagogical and andragogical issues, faculty and staff-wise events and activities.

We believe, with the IQAC support and co-operation of all stakeholders of teaching-learning arena of our beloved university, we can achieve and ensure better quality education. IQAC is committed to facilitate standard of education in the higher educational landscape by implementing different IQAC plans, programmes and activities in line with the vision, mission and objectives of BUP and guidelines of UGC & BAC as appropriate.
