The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organized a four-day long training program titled “Mastering SmartPLS: From Basics to Advanced Modeling” on 03, 05, 11, and 13 December 2025 with the objective of enhancing research capacity and analytical skills among faculty members and officers. Captain Mahbubur Rashid, (L), psc, BN, Director of IQAC, addressed the importance of SmartPLS software in enhancing research quality and emphasized its crucial role in facilitating publications in Scopus-indexed journals. The training sessions were conducted by Assistant Professor Azharul Islam, Department of Business Administration – General and Lecturer Sk. Md. Anik Hassan Rabby, Department of Business Administration in Management Studies of BUP. The facilitators covered both basic and advanced aspects of SmartPLS, ensuring practical demonstrations for publication of research paper. The training program concluded with a hands-on capstone project, followed by evaluation and assessment of participants’ proficiency in using SmartPLS software. Approximately 30 faculty members and officers participated in the training with great enthusiasm.
