ABSTRACT
The Supply Chain Management (SCM) has emerged as a new field of study which received much attention from researchersrecently.Thisresearchwillfind outthe impact of SCMpractices on operational performance inRMG industry of Bangladesh. Six most important SCM practices and eightmetricsforoperational performances have been adopted from prior literatures.A mixed research method with a representative sample will be used for this study.Theresearch is likely tocome up with a positive relationship between SCM practices and operational performancesin Bangladesh RMG industry with varying degreeas outcome.
