ABSTRACT
Literatures on leadership explored that effective leadership plays a crucial role in shaping employees' perceptions, attitudes, and overall satisfaction with their jobs. When leaders fail to meet the needs and expectations of their team members, it can create a negative work environment and lead to various issues that affect job satisfaction. In the context of Bangladesh, leave facilities, job security, realistic payment and welfare of the employees of pharmaceutical industry are important facets for job dissatisfaction. Yet leadership styles are imperative for motivating employees and heightening their job satisfaction level. Hence, the aim of this quantitative study is to explore the relationship between the leadership styles and the job satisfaction level of the employees of pharmaceutical sectors in Bangladesh. The primary data will be collected using two self-administered questionnaire sets to obtain the results using conveniently selected method from the employees of pharmaceutical industry in Bangladesh within the ethical and institutional approval limits. Collected data will be analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and SMART PLS-4 to observe the relationship between variables. Concomitantly, the research outcomes will be helpful for the scientific recommendation to the scholars, academicians and the desired organizations to re-check the leadership styles or at least to do the same research in their organizational set up.
