Department of Accounting and Information Systems, established in 2016 under the Faculty of Business Studies (FBS). The Department of Accounting and Information Systems initially offered an undergraduate program and expanded to include graduate programs in 2020. The department's vision is to become a leading institution on both national and international platforms, generating and imparting knowledge in accountancy to meet the demands of the modern world.
To achieve its vision and mission, the department employs a need-based and outcome-based curriculum. A dedicated and energetic pool of teaching staff prepares students to take on responsibilities globally. Emphasizing extracurricular activities, the department supports the BUP Accounting Forum, which provides a platform for students to apply theoretical knowledge practically, enhance their communication skills, and engage in various professional development activities.
