Dr. Ziaur Rahman earned his Bachelor's, one-year diploma in Turkey and Master’s covering the subjects of Leadership, Management and Strategy. He conducted a survey during his doctoral and post-doctoral research at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) on prominent leaders dating back to 3500 B.C. and found the best leadership vision that aided him in getting the highest remark in Ph.D. Dr. Zia possesses expertise in leadership, motivation, and integration of emotional intelligence in studying how leaders make decisions within the rapidly changing, technology-driven business world. He offers a global comparative-analytical perspective in his area of teaching interests, including business leadership, Strategic Management, Organizational Change Management and HRM.
