Biography

Mohammad Ali is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration in Management Studies. He has 9 years of teaching and training experience at various institutions (Bangladesh Military Academy, Army IBA, City University, DIIT, BIHRM, and BPMI), and he has been working at BUP for the last 7 years. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in the School of Business (AACSB-accredited), University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), Beijing, China. He has several publications in indexed international journals and reputed national journals. His research interests include leadership practices, talent management, HRM, and employee behavior.
