Biography

Mohammad Ali is an assistant professor in the Department of Business Administration in Management Studies. He has 9 years of teaching and training experience at various institutions (Bangladesh Military Academy, Army IBA, City University, DIIT, BIHRM, and BPMI) and he has been working at BUP for the last 7 years. Currently, he is pursuing PhD at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), Beijing, China. He has several publications in peer-reviewed and indexed international journals and reputed national journals. His research interests include leadership, talent management, HRM, and employee behavior.
