Biography

Mohammad Ali is serving as an assistant professor in the Department of Business Administration in Management Studies, at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). He has 9 years of teaching experience at different educational institutions and he has been working at BUP for the last 7 years. Currently, he is pursuing PhD at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), Beijing, China. He has several publications in peer-reviewed and indexed international journals and reputed national journals. His research interests include leadership, talent management, HRM, human resource disclosure, entrepreneurship, employee engagement, and employee behavior.
