Maksuda Sarker is serving as an assistant professor in law at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). She joined BUP in 2020. Before joining BUP, she served as a lecturer at Canadian University of Bangladesh (CUB). She completed her LLB and LLM (specialization in commercial law) from the University of Dhaka with first class in both. She obtained CGPA 3.75 in LLB, and CGPA 3.95 in LLM. Her area of interest includes commercial arbitration, investment law, trade law, and intellectual property law.
