Mafi Rahman has been working in Bangladesh University of Professionals since 2021. Currently, she is working as a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration- General under Faculty of Business Studies (FBS). She has completed her BBA (Major- HRM, Minor- Marketing) and MBA (Major- HRM) from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). She has published a number of articles in both national and international journals. Her research interests include management, HRM, and organizational behavior.
