Mafi Rahman has been working in Bangladesh University of Professionals since 2021. Currently, she is working as a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration- General under Faculty of Business Studies (FBS). She has published a number of articles in both national and international journals. She also attended conferences to gain diverse knowledge. Her research interests include management, HRM, organizational behavior, and artificial intelligence.
