Biography

Souman Guha is a faculty member in the department of business studies in management studies at BUP. Driven by his passion for contributing to the field of management and human resource management, he embarked upon his academic career. He is actively engaged in research works that matter to both industry and academia. Value-driven, result-oriented, number-obsessed, analytical, Souman Guha has experience in FinTech, FMCG industry. He has vast exposure of  designing and developing Talent Management Modules, Strategic Sessions, Engagement & Cultural Surveys, Organizational Diagnosis. Besides, he is engaged in literary works and two of his books were published.
