He is actively engaged in research works that matter to both industry and academia. Value-driven, result-oriented, number-obsessed, analytical, Souman Guha has experience in FinTech, FMCG industry. He has vast exposure of  designing and developing Talent Management Modules, Strategic Sessions, Engagement & Cultural Surveys, Organizational Diagnosis.
