Biography

Mr.Rahman obtained his BBA and MBA degree securing 2nd and 1stposition respectively from the Department of Accounting and Information Systems(AIS), University of Chittagong (CU). He has obtained PhD in BusinessAdministration from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China underChinese Government Scholarship. He has been teaching as a permanent faculty inthe Department of AIS, CU and as an adjunct faculty in a number of reputedprivate universities since 2011. His research interest is in enterprise riskmanagement, capital management, efficiency and corporate governance. He hasactively participated in many seminars, workshops and training programs etc. Hehas published a good number of articles in different peer reviewed journals inhome and abroad.
