Md. Imrul Basher Shohag is an experienced media professional who is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Journalism, Communication and Media Studies (JCMS) at the State University of Bangladesh. He obtained his BSS and MSS degrees in Mass Communication and Journalism from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). Prior to joining the JCMS department, Shohag gained valuable experience working in the media industry. He worked as an Assistant Director and Visual Editor at BOXOFFICE, where he honed his skills in Graphic Design, Video Editing, Color Grading and Motion Design. In addition to his experience in traditional, digital and social media, Shohag is also an expert in 2D and 3D animation, which he utilizes to bring a unique and engaging perspective to his work. Shohag's passion for media and journalism, combined with his technical expertise and professional experience, makes him a valuable asset to the journalism and communication sector and the students he teaches. He is well-versed in the latest trends and technologies in the field and is able to bring a real-world perspective to his teaching.
