Biography

Completed PhD in Management Between 2018 and 2020, achieved & facilitated substantial research expertise at the Centre for Higher Degree in Research (CHDR) within Taylor’s University Malaysia (QS World ranking within 100). Concurrently, assumed a part-time teaching role on research methodology and so on, thereby positively influencing the university's standing and fostering educational and research initiatives within the Centre for Higher Degree on Research (CHDR). Additionally, assumed a significant role on the Board of Post-Graduate Studies and Research (BPGSR) at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Aviation and Aerospace University (BSMRAAU)from 2020 to 2023. Also detailed in United Nations missions as a training officer in regions such as the West Sahara and the Central African Republic. This position facilitated active contributions towards the oversight and advancement of research endeavours. Beyond the completion of the PhD program, directed research efforts towards diverse fields such as leadership, management, HRM, work-life balance, job satisfaction, employee retention, marketing, administration, social science, world peace, conflict, human rights, public health management, security studies, security management, development studies, strategic studies, communication, military studies and so on. Notably, the individual has authored more than 18 accredited indexed journal articles on multi-disciplinary fields in various Q1, Q2 & Q3 SCOPUS/IS Indexed International Journals, thus showcasing extensive research experiences.

Demonstrating proficiency in teaching and research on Administration & Management, the individual also served as a facilitator at Taylor's University, Malaysia and assumed the role of Deputy Chief Training Officer at the MINUSCA HQ. Subsequently, held positions as Instructor at the Fighter Controller Training School and Military Observer (Training Officer) at MINURSO (United Nations) in Western Sahara. Recognition for noteworthy research contributions includes the receipt of the Best Paper Presentation Award at the ISER International Conference on Education and Social Science (ICESS-2018) in Malaysia. Further contributions encompassed supervising theses for Aviation Operation Management masters’ students at BSMRAAU and serving as a reviewer for 12 international journals. As a theses examiner, the individual scrutinized 14 students' theses in the MBA program. In sum, the combination of extensive multidisciplinary accomplishments, teaching background, and contributions to diverse institutions and organizations has molded the individual into a well-rounded professional within the multi disciplinary fields.
