Md. Tanvir, a student of Economics, from batch 2023, had participated in the English Olympiad and emerged as a champion in Season 3, where a total of 40,000 students participated during the timeframe 2023-2024.
English Olympiad is a prestigious competition holding the motto "Inspiring Leadership'' and focusing on demonstrating excellence in the 4C's (collaboration, communication, creativity, critical thinking), leadership, and IPA of 21st century skills. This competition consists of three gradual rounds- Selection round, Theater round, and the Grand Finale. The Grand Finale round was held at United International University on 19-21 January 2024.
Tanvir has been awarded the Vice Chancellor's certificate of appreciation and an award for winning the English Olympiad, a national competition at the Annual Prize Giving Ceremony 2024, which was held at Shadhinota Auditorium on 19 May 2025. He also became the Champion in the Essay Writing Competition in ECO-FEST 1.0, which was organized by Dhaka University Public Administration Earth Club on 7 July 2025.
