Brig Gen Md Mahbubur Rahman Siddiqui, ndc, afwc, psc, MPhil, who was commissioned in the East Bengal Regiment on 16 Dec 1992, brings extensive experience and expertise to his current role as Inspector of Colleges at BUP.

Brig Gen Mahbubur with over three decades of military service, possesses extensive leadership and operational prowess. His services include commanding an Infantry Battalion ‘THE BABY TIGERS’ and the 222 Infantry Brigade at Saidpur Cantonment. His academic achievements, including a Master's in Defence Studies from National University and Master's in Philosophy and Social Studies from BUP, signify his commitment to professional growth.
