The workshop titled “From Awareness to Action: Ensuring a Safe and Respectful University Campus” was held on 20 March 2025 for a duration of 5 hours (from 1000 hours to 1500 hours), focusing on campus safety and student well-being, with particular attention to issues such as sexual harassment, cyberbullying, ragging, drug abuse, and the university’s Code of Conduct. Divided into four interactive sessions led by experts and faculty members, the workshop aimed to educate undergraduate students on key aspects of campus safety, equip them with essential knowledge and tools, and empower them to foster a respectful and inclusive environment. Students actively participated in team-building activities, quiz competitions, and collaborative exercises to develop action plans and pledges for creating a safer and more supportive campus. The outcome of the workshop included increased awareness, better understanding of the Code of Conduct, and empowered students capable of recognizing, reporting, and preventing misconduct, thereby promoting a respectful and safe learning atmosphere. In conclusion, the workshop successfully encouraged students to embrace the university’s Code of Conduct and take proactive steps toward ensuring a safe, ethical, and supportive university experience.
